|
Question: I use windows XP home version with service pack2. When I have the pc on for awhile a lot of times I will click the Internet Explorer icon to surf and I get "currently working offline", and then I have to hit the try again button. Why does it go offline? It will go back on when I hit try again but I don't want to keep having to do this. Can you help me??
Answer: It sounds like the computer is loosing it's internet connection. This could be because of sleep mode. Try extending the time before it sleeps. |
