Hello -

A friend of mine has somehow disabled ALT tags on her computer (Windows XP). She can't see any of the ALT tags on IE, but if she presses the ALT key on her keyboard, they appear! Do you have any idea what she's done and - more importantly - how to fix it???
Answer: That is an interesting one. I didn't know you could do that! It could also be the side effect of some kind of spyware. Try downloading spybot search and destroy. You can get it at www.download.com. Try that and see if it helps.
