Question: I havw Macfee 8 installed on my computer which has spam killer on it but it does'nt seem to be working I put spam letters into it and they should clear within a day but I still have them in there a week later, spam is really getting on my nerves and I spend so much time getting rid of it is there a quick easy way to stop them.

Answer: It sounds like the Mcafee you have installed isn't interfacing with your mail program. Are you using Outlook? This program would have no effect on web based email like yahoo or hotmail. You might want to ask your email provider for spam protection instead. I have found that workstation based software has limited effectiveness at best. |
