Question: I am having issues with connecting the .DWL-810 device connected to a
DI-624+ router AP, via a DSL-302g modem on a win Millenium OS.
What steps can you tell me to try that I could try out.
Thank you
Answer: first I will need to understand what you intend to connect to what. The DSL-302g is a router in and of itself, so I am not sure why you need the DI624. How many machines are you trying to connect to the Internet? If you are just trying to get that one machine connected wirelessly you should probably hook the DWL-810 to the ethernet port of the DSL-302g so that it can be reached wirelessly. Then sell or trade the DI-624+ to get a plain old wireless card for your PC. Then the PC would connect to the DSL-302g through the wireless links and get to the Internet. What ISP are you using? |
