Question: Windows 2000 server (distribution). Client's = Xp. SW app: Etrust 7.1
Problem: will not do the signature downloads even when I try start the service (services.msc).
Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?
Answer: You might have gotten hit with a virus that disables anti-virus software. Try going to www.trendmicro.com. They will scan your computer for free online. They way you can find out if that is what happened and remove the little bugger. |
