|
What are your thoughts on testing centers or affiliate companies that you can pay to have someone else take certification exams for you, in turn you purchase your cert for a sizable fee but have not participated in the testing process? Is this possible...does such a loop-hole exist in the certification process? If so, I am having second thoughts on wasting my time, money and effort to become Microsoft Certified for I view this "loop-hole" to seriously lessen the credibility of the cert. |

When you take the test they check your ID. There are also some pretty serious consequences for cheating or getting someone else to take the test for you. If caught you loose any existing certs and are permanently banned from getting any certs in the future. Microsoft works pretty hard to keep their certification honest. The biggest problem for Microsoft is not what you talk about but places like braindumps.com. They worry more about separating "test takers" from techs that can actually do the job. |

I agree fully, and to add my two cents worth, what happens when you go to a job interview and they ask you questions? How will you answer them? Should you get lucky and sneak through the interview process, it would only be a matter of time before your employer will realize there is something fishy about your MCSE.
Do yourself a favour, go the legit way. You will further your education and actually have the skills of an MCSE, not only a peice of paper. |

I think rival companies of Microsoft have initiated this. So that all reputed companies will look doubtfully at a Microsoft Certifications. Don't cheat yourself. |
